Inventory, Shipping, & Returns


We try to keep inventory up to date, but since we do sell in multiple markets including in-person at special events, things get a little out of sync occasionally. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us before ordering so we can double check that it’s in stock.

We try to process orders for regularly stocked items within a couple business days.

The turnaround time on custom items depends on current workload and the items being made. Please contact for details.


All orders ship from Oklahoma City, USA. The transit time for most US orders is usually 2 – 4 days. Most orders go out via USPS, but some larger orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, etc.

Shipping rates are calculated in the Shopping Cart based on weight/size. Shipping is free on US orders over $200.

The shopping cart currently has problems calculating some international shipping rates. If it can’t get a rate, Contact Us to calculate it manually. (Patches are its biggest problem. The shipping on patches to most countries is US $3)

Most international shipping rates are high. Sorry! It has become extremely expensive to ship anything out of the US in recent years, and it likely won’t get better anytime soon. If anyone has any thoughts on getting better rates, we’re all ears.
